We process only the data we need to provide our service:

• Contact details: name, address, email, phone number • Personal ID and driving licence (for the rental contract) • Payment and billing data (Stripe handles card details – we do not store them) • Booking data: vehicle, dates, destination country • Website usage data via cookies (see our cookie policy)

3. Why we use your data

• To create and fulfil the rental contract • Customer service and communication • To meet legal obligations (accounting, insurance) • To improve our service • Marketing only with your consent

4. Data retention

We retain data only for as long as needed or required by law. Booking data is kept for at least 6 years according to Finnish accounting law. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is only shared with:

• Payment processor (Stripe) • Insurance company in case of damage • Authorities when required by law

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you • Request correction or deletion • Object to or restrict processing • Data portability • File a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi)
